TECHNOLOGY EFFICIENCY REVIEW

Your Netcentrix Technology Efficiency Review

Understand your current technology position, identify opportunities to improve support, security and resilience, and explore how Netcentrix could bring your technology services together.

How it works

Share what you know about your organisation and current technology. We’ll summarise your position and highlight areas worth exploring. Unknown costs can be left blank and are not treated as £0.

Free initial assessment

Technology works best when support, security, Microsoft 365 and infrastructure operate as one joined-up environment. This review helps identify where greater visibility, ownership and coordination could benefit your organisation.

1. Your organisation

N-Sure Complete: broader day-to-day remote support, including first-, second- and third-line support within the agreed scope and support hours. N-Sure Assist: second- and third-line remote support where first-line support is handled elsewhere. Choose one model for all standard users; access-only users are handled separately.
For people who mainly use a mobile or shared device, email/Teams, view documents or join meetings. If Microsoft 365 licensing is included, Business Basic is modelled at £5.40/user/month, plus N-Sure Access User Support at £6/user/month. Access support covers account/login, MFA, password and basic access issues — not dedicated-device support or advanced productivity support. Shared devices also require N-Sure Shared Device Support.
If you choose Yes, the estimate will include an indicative licence scenario for standard and access-only users. The licence mix and eligibility remain subject to validation.

Choose Complete or Assist and enter any access-only users. The selected support model applies to all remaining standard users.

Include physical and virtual servers requiring support.
This helps identify whether certification or a renewal discussion may be relevant. It is not a formal certification assessment.
This helps us tailor the assessment rather than assume every business has the same goal.

About Netcentrix

Netcentrix can bring together managed IT support through the N-Sure service family, managed cyber security through N-Force, Microsoft cloud licensing, infrastructure, networks and connectivity where proposed, and backup services. The aim is to create a joined-up technology approach with clear service scope and ownership, aligned to your organisation’s needs. Specific services, responsibilities, service levels and technical dependencies are confirmed during solution validation.

What you can expect from us

  • A clear route to support. Our Service Desk is the central point of communication for service requests and works to maintain service availability and operational stability.
  • Ownership and communication. The Service Desk owner coordinates your ticket and keeps you informed through to resolution or appropriate escalation.
  • Skilled support and escalation. Analysts aim to resolve issues at first contact where possible, involving specialist teams when needed.
  • Proactive attention. For contracted and monitored infrastructure, alerts can help identify performance issues or failures so they can be investigated.
  • Continuous improvement. Where included in the agreed service, Technical Business Reviews and service delivery management can review performance, trends and future technology plans.

The final scope, response targets, service levels and review arrangements are confirmed in the agreed service schedule.

Why Netcentrix?

One partner

A joined-up approach across users, Microsoft 365, security, infrastructure and resilience.

Security-first thinking

Support and security are considered together, helping identify both operational requirements and potential areas of risk.

Clear ownership

A defined route for support, communication and escalation, aligned to the agreed service scope.

Proactive improvement

Managed services should support what your organisation needs today while helping you prepare for future requirements.

Built around your organisation

Services can complement an internal IT team or support a more fully managed IT environment.

Predictable service model

Clearly defined recurring services can help improve visibility of technology responsibilities and ongoing costs.

Support and security should work together

IT support is not only about resolving faults. User identities, devices, Microsoft 365, servers and network infrastructure all contribute to operational and cyber risk.

Netcentrix takes a security-first approach, bringing N-Sure managed support and relevant N-Force managed cyber security together within a coordinated technology model. Your final solution will be shaped around validated requirements, existing protections and the agreed service scope.

2. Current technology costs

Enter monthly costs where known. Leave unknown categories empty. Use the billing selector if your amount is not monthly.

Enter the combined cost of your current user support and infrastructure support, where included. Infrastructure can include firewalls, servers, switches and wireless access points (APs). If these are billed separately, include the relevant managed-support charges in this total and note any exclusions in the discovery notes.
Include paid AI subscriptions and business AI tools. This is for discovery and scoping only; it will not automatically recommend or add AI products to the proposal.
Select all that apply. Add an approximate user count for each selected tool below where known.

3. Service and risk checks

These answers help identify topics for a deeper review; they are not a formal security audit.

If yes, we assume one protected account per IT user for indicative quantities. Confirm the actual licensed account count.
Separate from Microsoft 365 backup. If you have servers, tell us whether server data and system recovery are covered.
Enter the server-backup charge only, if known. This is discovery information and is not added again to the total.
4. Detailed technology discovery (Optional)

If you know more about your current technology, tell us below. Don’t worry if you don’t — Netcentrix can validate this with you during a follow-up review. Do not enter passwords or sensitive information.

If known, include purchased vs assigned licence counts.

5. Follow-up preferences Optional

This assessment does not submit your details to Netcentrix. Any contact information entered is included only in your locally generated proposal.
